-A deposit of 1 night is required when making your reservation more than 14 days in advance. Within 14 days, you will be subject to the entire balance of your stay. 

-Cancellations 14 days prior to your stay are refundable minus a $75 booking fee. If you cancel within 14 days, you are subject to balance of the entire stay. Holiday stays must be cancelled within 30 days to avoid forfeiture of the entire balance.
